Free your Spine!! Through Balanced Muscle Action

Our spinal muscles contribute to life on (2) legs in several ways.  How many job descriptions can you name for the back muscles?  In this workshop we will explore various layers of spinal muscle anatomy including those just under the skin’s surface known as the Erector Spinae Subdividions and the deeper layers known as the Transverse Spinae Subdivision.   Then we move the body lightly while imagining the muscle’s location, shape, and direction of flow.  With this new awareness you can balance the muscles action of the spinal muscles and experience more freedom in your spinal movements!
