Franklin Method:
The Future
of Movement
The Franklin Method is unlike any other form of physical training you've ever experienced. Participants use a combination of movement exploration and mental visualization to support and enhance efficient posture, everyday activites, and athletic performance. Workshops include such tools as imagery application, anatomical models, movement re-education, rhythmic movement chants, small props, resistance bands, and good ol’ fashioned humor. Participants are guided to experience their body, increase movement consciousness, and motivate change from within the self.
The Franklin Method utilizes the creative power of the mind to “think” and “image” your body truly into greater states of relaxation, flexibility, strength, and balance. You are the collective sum of what you think, feel, and believe. If personal images and beliefs are not consistent with body design, often there occurs a dysfunction or dis-ease within the system. By contrast, as Eric Franklin says it best: “Embodying your best function improves your function.” The Franklin Method is for everyone desiring inner strength and vitality for life.
